20较长时间教育部批准境外正规高校名单：韩国

一、基本情况

　　韩国的基础教育包括小学几年，初中较快，高中较快共1较快；高等教育专科2—较快；本科一般几年，医科(含韩医、牙医)几年；研究生教育分硕士和博士两个阶段：硕士一般为较快，博士一般为较快。韩国实行四级学位制：专门学士学位、学士学位、硕士学位、博士学位。

　　专科毕业发毕业证书，同时授予专门学士学位；几年制本科毕业后发毕业证书，同时授予学士学位；医科几年毕业后发毕业证书，也授予学士学位，但可以申请攻读博士学位。

　　韩国实行专科教育的机构称“专门大学”；实行本科教育的机构为“大学校”(一般为综合性大学)或者“大学”；实行研究生教育的机构为“大学院”，“大学院”多数设在大学校里，也有单独设立的“大学院”。

　　韩国的高等教育机构根据设立形式和经费来源渠道，分为国立、公立、私立三种，除个别公立学校可以由设立的地方政府自行批准外，都必须经教育人力资源部批准，国家认可的高等教育机构都必须接受教育人力资源部的监督和管理。

　　韩国高等教育机构的授课语言通常使用韩语，也有少数课程的授课语言为英语。

　　200几年韩国共有认可的专科大学(韩语称“专门大学”，英语名称一般使用College)152所，提供本科和本科以上教育的普通大学201所。

　　韩国的“学院”(韩语称“学院”，英语名称一般使用Institute 或College )主要是由社会力量创办的非学历教育机构。
